Airfix A68206 - Small Starter Set Supermarine Spitfire Mk.1a

The Spitfire gained immortality during the Battle of Britian in the summer of 1940.  The main role was to intercept and destroy the Luftwaffe's fighters whilst the Hurricanes of the RAF attacked the incoming bombers.

The size of the model is;  Length 127mm, wingspan 156mm.
